Our Apple Yogurt Dip is sure to please your sweet tooth, keep you full and ward off that nasty cold that’s getting passed around the office. The secret weapon is cinnamon! With anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and antioxidant properties this savory spice packs a punch and makes this dip the perfect little Fall time snack!

Ingredients:

1 Apple cut into slices

1/4 c. plain Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp chunky peanut butter

1 tsp cinnamon

In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and cinnamon. Serve with apple slices.
