Don’t feel like working out? just go for 10 min. That’s it. If you still don’t want to workout, ok, but trust me, that 10 min mark is where the magic happens. The blood starts flowing, the endorphins kick in and the cob webs clear and you find yourself going a lot longer. You may not be 100%, but that’s ok. It’s far better than sitting on the couch.
