1How do I place a volume order? (more than 25 units)
Contact us directly or use the link at the bottom of every product page to calculate price and request a quote with shipping. We will respond within 24 hours. If the quote is approved we will assign you to an account representative that will work with you from start to finish on your order.
2How do I place an individual order (less than 25 units)?
FitKit Wellness is a B2B business model and we do not offer the option to purchase just 1 kit on the website. However, you can certainly contact us to let us know which product you are interested in and the shipping address, we will then send you an invoice and link to pay with a credit card.
3Can I RUSH an order?
Absolutely. Rush fees and production time will vary depending on quantity and level of customization. Please contact us with specific needs or questions.
4Where is my order?
You will receive the tracking information once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information, please contact us for an update on the production of your order.
5How do I pay for my order?
For volume orders (25+), once your quote is approved, you will receive an invoice via email. For custom orders, we require 50% payment before production can begin. We accept P-Cards, Amex, MC & Visa, EFT, Direct Deposit and checks.
6What is the MINIMUM for volume pricing?
25 units is the minimum quantity to receive volume pricing. Ordering a combination of products totaling 25 is acceptable. If you want to order less than 25, please contact us.


1What is the production time for an order WITH custom branding?
Lead times depend on volume and level of customization. Orders less than 500 units with minimal customization is running about 3-4 weeks. Large orders with full customization can take up to 90 days. Need it rushed, we can do that, just, simply contact us with specific needs or questions.
2What is the production time for an order WITH NO custom branding?
Production time depends on volume and customization. Typically, products with no/minimal branding and using in-stock colors, we need 2-3 weeks for production. Custom cases, bags and orders over 1000 units we need 60-90 days. Exceptions to this rule do apply so please contact us with specific needs or questions.
3Do you have a rush fee?
Yes. The cost to expedite an order will depend on quantity and if you are needing to brand the product with your logo. Please contact us with specific needs or questions.


1Does your pricing include shipping?
Pricing does not include shipping but simply use the link in the pricing section at the bottom of each product page and we will get you a shipping quote within 24 hours.
2What are your shipping methods?
We ship volume orders via FedEx, UPS and USPS. For orders over 2000 units, we will ship on pallets using a 3rd party freight company. We are able to ship your order using your shipping account, simply provide the carrier and account number when placing your order.
3Can you ship individually or drop ship?
Yes, we are able to ship orders to 1 location, a few different locations or individual locations.
4Do you have fulfillment capabilities?
Yes. We have warehouse fulfillment capabilities and happy to accept any number of items to box and ship.
5Can you ship my order using our account?
Yes, simply provide the carrier and account number when placing your order.
6Will you send us the tracking info?
Absolutely! We will also keep tabs on your order as it makes its way to you and let you know of any delivery delays or exceptions.
7Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are able to ship internationally, contact us for shipping rates.


1Where can I add my logo?
We are able to imprint your logo on the packaging (case or bag), Hangtag and Card Covers. We can also add your logo to the items inside, see below about full customization.
2What is the cost to add my logo?
Adding your logo to the case or bag is typically $3 per unit, but the more you order, the lower the cost. Check out the price calculator at the bottom of each product page for the exact amount.
3Can I order custom colors?
Yes, for orders over 500 units and a 8-14 week lead time, we can PMS color match the case or bag.
4Can I fully customize the product?
Absolutely! The possibilities are endless. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
5Can I add a personalized note card?
Yes, for an additional cost of $2.00 per unit, we will insert a notecard with your logo and messaging. It adds a great personal touch!
6Can you print any logo?
Pretty much. However, some detailed logos may not be printable. Please contact us with any logo printing questions
7What printing method do you use?
We use both screen print and heat transfers, depending on the logo and product.


1Can I get a sample product to show my team?
Sure, we can send you a sample free of charge, you just pay the shipping. Contact us with which product and the best address to ship it.
2Can you create a virtual mock-up with our logo?
Yes, our designers are happy to create a virtual (digital) proof, free of charge, simply email us ( print ready artwork and which product you are interested in. Our designers can work with high resolution jpeg, png, eps, PSD, AI or ID files.
3Can I get a pre-production sample?
Sure! A physical pre-production, imprinted sample can be ordered for $50. Simply Contact us with which product and artwork. Add 2-3 weeks additional production time.

Not a problem, our design team can clean up your artwork to make it print ready. We charge $25 per half hour.
4Do you help design the hangtag, notecard or card covers?
Yes, we have a design team that is happy to create some design options for you. If you prefer to design your own artwork contact us for specifications.
5Is there a set-up fee for the artwork?
Yes, there is a 1 time $25 charge for artwork set-up. There is no charge for set up on re-orders.
